Introduction

In today's world, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way businesses operate, including Human Resources (HR) departments. The use of AI in HR workflows presents many opportunities for companies, such as increased efficiency and productivity, but it also poses significant risks related to data security breaches. 

The "AI Safeguard: Ethical Guidelines for HR Data Security" course is designed to help you and your organization navigate these challenges and adopt responsible and secure AI practices in HR workflows.
