2024 AWARDS by CCI FRANCE CHINE
We are delighted to launch this year's Excellence Awards, designed to celebrate outstanding initiatives among our member companies operating in China, highlighting their exceptional contributions to French-Chinese cooperation, sustainable innovation, and the development of future leaders.
The aim of these awards is to spotlight companies that are leading the way in establishing exemplary practices that not only benefit the economies of both countries but also their respective communities.
We are calling for nominations in four award categories:
- Sino-French Partnership Award: This award recognises particularly successful examples of Sino-French partnerships that are meaningful and have concrete results. It will be awarded to recipients who are able to demonstrate achievements in fostering bilateral ties, innovative and sustainable practices, and/or significant cross-Channel positive community impact. These organisations must be able to demonstrate a commitment to cooperative work and a clear and measurable impact on the economic relationship between our two countries.
- Empowering Future Leaders Award: This award recognises companies that are going above and beyond to foster future leaders while prioritising inclusivity and a safe workplace for everyone. The companies must be able to demonstrate that they have put in place quantifiable, significant, and verifiable steps to identify and support the career advancement of ‘future leaders’ – individuals with the potential to become C-level leaders – especially women. The recipients have put forward initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all aspiring leaders regardless of gender, ethnicity, or background.
- SME Excellence Award: This award recognises SMEs (defined as an organisation with under 400 employees and an annual turnover under RMB 300 million worldwide) which have demonstrated recent outstanding achievements.
- Sustainable Innovation & Circularity Award: This award recognises organizations that have driven innovative solutions with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and/or championing circularity in their operations and value chain. The recipients should demonstrate a significant and verifiable transformation plan focused on waste reduction, resource reuse, and overall circularity, showcasing their commitment to a harmonious balance between progress and the preservation of our planet, making a tangible impact on the Sino-French partnership's sustainability goals.
Each category aims to reward significant and tangible achievements that demonstrate a strong commitment to successful operations and fruitful collaborations.
All CCI FRANCE CHINE companies' members can send their application until Friday, May 10th 2023, 6PM.
The winners will be selected by a panel of experts and will be announced at the Shanghai Gala on Friday May 24th, 2024. The awards ceremony will be attended by leaders from the French and Chinese business communities, as well as government officials and media.
