CCI FRANCE CHINE sincerely invite to you for the Finance Working Group on December 05th 2019.
We propose a discussion about the payment of dividends, royalties, service and management fees directly to France or via Hong Kong/Singapore.
What are the requirements before paying intercompany fees and dividends? What is the related cost? How can we optimize these flows at group level?
Participants will share their experience on this topic, success and difficulties, and will think about solutions to the questions raised.
This working group will be in conference format in the first part, and will be followed by a cocktail.
