The first half of China’s urbanization has been defined by rapid growth, infrastructure development, and an intense transformation of urban landscapes. As the country enters the second half of this journey, there is a noticeable shift towards sustainability, environmental considerations, and enhanced urban quality. This new phase will require innovation, resilience, and the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into every aspect of urban planning and design.

As the principal of the Shanghai office, Vincent joined Architecturestudio Shanghai in 2012 and has over 18 years of experience in architectural design, working in the cultural, educational and commercial sectors. As the design director, he is involved in the entire process from schematic design to project completion, working seamlessly with the team and controlling the details of construction. For large-scale cultural projects in different contexts, he continues the spirit of French architectural design while focusing on the integration and innovation with the local cultural context.
