Florian FecheChina HRD – Asia Pacific HR VP - SAFRAN GROUP

After an educational background in KEDGE Business School (Master in Business) and Macau University (Major in International Finance), Florian starts his career as Director of the Institutional and Commercial Affairs in the field of medical, emergency and humanitarian covering Asia, Africa, Middle East and East Europe. He went back to China in 2007 as General Manager to create the branch of a leading HR Consulting and International Mobility firm. He then joined HR Consulting and Executive Search firms locally and internationally renowned at the position of Director and specialized in New Technologies, Aerospace/Security and industrial sectors. 

In 2016, Florian joined Safran, a worldwide leading Group in the field of Aerospace, at the position of HR Director for Greater China and VP HR for the Asia Pacific Zone. 

Florian is also teaching HR, recruitment & assessment and career management in some prestigious international universities and business schools.
