Luna LiuRegional Representative of Public Affairs and Communications

Luna Liu works for Huawei as the Regional Representative of Public Affairs and Communications, responsible for Huawei’ relations with foreign embassies in China. 

Prior to moving back to Beijing, Luna has worked for seven years as Investment Manager in Huawei covering the region of Latin America and West Europe. During this period Luna led due diligence of post-investment management of oversea subsidiaries and reported to the Regional Supervisory Board of Directors. 

Before joining Huawei, Luna spent two years with the Forum Mondial de l’eau (World Water Forum) as regional associate in Marseille and Paris. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Tsinghua University and a Master of Public Policy from University of Maryland with specialization of International Development. She had internship activities in Woodrow Wilson Center, Phoenix TV and Xinhua News Agency during her higher education.
