Mr. Yuan joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2015. Before that, Mr. Yuan worked in the Development and Research Department of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Mr. Yuan currently acts as counsel of multiple companies. He is also a consultant to the Shenzhen Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the CCI France Chine, member of the ICC China International Arbitration Commission, and mediator of the Shenzhen Commercial Legal Service Center. Mr. Yuan used to be a mentor of legal clinic at the School of Transnational Law of Peking University. He is a visiting professor at the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University and executive deputy editor of the China-Africa Law Review (a core journal of the China Law Society under the Belt and Road Initiative). Mr. Yuan has a wealth of practical experience in the fields of arbitration and litigation, cross-border investment and M&A.
