Lili MOlawer

Ms. Mo obtained her bachelor and master degrees in law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Paris-Sud University in France. She worked for BNP Paribas Securities Services mainly responsible for Swiss, Luxembourg, Denmark and Austrian markets straight after graduation, where she provided legal analysis on tax law to many listed companies and government agencies. Besides, Ms. Mo passed Chinese bar examination in 2018. She is particularly familiar with corporate law, contract law, international tax law and investment law
