[Important Information] CCI FRANCE CHINE Charter Flight - August 2022

Dear Members and Friends,

   
Please find below the latest important information about the charter flights.  

The CCI FRANCE CHINE together with the Embassy of France in China is coordinating  possible charter flights from Paris – Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN). 

 
We would like to inform you that the possible charter flights will be on August 3rd, 2022, and/or August 10th, 2022.  

This charter operation will be successful, only if we reach the number needed of passengers before the deadline and get the final approval of the local authorities for the flights. Therefore, in order to keep your seat(s), we warmly recommend you to confirm your reservation at the earliest.

  
Please find below the estimated prices for each classes:  

  *Final prices will be calculated according to the aircraft occupancy rate

If you have already sent us an email of intention for the census sent on January 6th, please confirm your reservation with the date and class preference, also coordinate with your HR department to avoid double registrations. Otherwise, please send us an email to cancel your application. 

If you haven’t sent us any email previously and would like to apply for the flights, please fill your information on this table (click here to download). 

If you meet all the travel requirements asked by the Chinese authorities to enter China, please send us this table filled with the information of each passenger to charter(@)ccifc.org at the latest on February 18th:  

Once we have collected all necessary information, you will receive an individualized link with the booking credentials to proceed with the payment.

Flight tickets will be issued and sent directly to the passengers after the payment.

*If you register for more than 1 person, please indicate “passenger 1”, “passenger 2” etc. in the email.  
*A required full non-refundable payment will be asked to finalize the reservation of your seat(s).
*Definition of non-refundable: money shall not be returned if the flight is confirmed. If the flight is cancelled, money will be refunded without penalty (Please note that a service fee of 3.6% might be applicable in some cases according to your payment method choice and will not be refundable).
*Please note that this is only an expression of interest and does not represent by any means a ticket reservation or booking. Only applicants registered will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the booking of the ticket(s) upon booking opening.
